Hell’s Flame

As of October 14th, 2022, Hell’s Flame under went editing. The newest version has been uploaded from that date on.

The Flame holds the power to all of the underworld.

It controls all of the souls, demons, and all of the supernatural beings living in Hell and in the Shadow World. I am next in line for the Flame and becoming the Queen. In order to prepare me for my new role, my father has given me one task before I can take over: become a soul reaper and find my three hellhounds.

Completing the task is harder than expected when two out of the three hellhounds I’ve chosen don’t want anything to do with me. And with people after me and my throne, I’m finding completing my father’s orders nearly impossible.

Now, it’s a race against the clock to finish my tasks at the Grim Reaper Academy, claim my throne, and the Flame before it’s too late.

Hell’s Reaper is a paranormal reverse harem novel, meaning the female main character doesn’t have to choose between any of her eight men. This novel is intended for a mature audience.

The End of the World is Nigh

Everyone knows about Nostradamus.
No one knows about Philibert Montmorency.
One’s a legend. The other…not so much.

Marseille, 1561

Like the majority of people living in sixteenth century France, Philibert Montmorency is a peasant. Unlike most people, he’s pretending not to be one. Philibert is a conman, but a chance meeting with Nostradamus in a Marseille prison convinces him that being a prophet might be a better career move.

Lyon, Modern Day

Dr Ally Oldfield, renowned professor of medieval languages, has been summoned to Lyon to authenticate a newly discovered prophecy. She’s not happy about it but then again, she’s not happy about most things. As an expert in Nostradamus’s work, she’s convinced the new quatrain is a fake even if the evidence suggests it was written four hundred years ago. When the events it predicts become reality, Ally finds herself in a race against time to prove it’s a fraud.

As society breaks down fearing the end of the world, Ally must use the clues scattered through Lyon’s Renaissance history to work out who wrote the prophecy and why somebody else is responsible for the global chaos, but when Ally is framed for the murder of a rival historian she’s forced to rely on Gabrielle, a ditsy millennial prepper, and Antoine, a secretive aristocrat, to help her solve the mystery and save the world.

‘The End of the World in Nigh’ is book one in the ‘Ally Oldfield’ series. If you love historical thrillers with ‘crushingly dark humour,’ surprising twists and a strong female heroine then the prophecies predict you’ll love Tony Moyle’s compelling page-turner.

*** Winner of the 2012 eFestival of Words award for best literary fiction! *** Village Books is a local institution…which is good, because most of the staff probably belong in one. The manager’s addiction to WebMD has turned him into a closeted hypochondriac. The cashier’s husband may have just gone AWOL with a small arsenal of fragmentary explosive devices. The fiction lead is buying urine on the black market. Trying to hold it all together is the store’s long-suffering assistant manager, who is spinning his wheels in retail while he waits for something better to come along. That something better may be Leah Dashwood, an aspiring actress and new assistant manager with an ambitious plan to transform the store and its staff in a way that will turn their carefully disordered world on its head. Will the store survive or will it be bought over by its evil corporate competition?
