Pepper has always been a little more than fascinated with ghosts and the paranormal. Her best friend, Georgia, would say it borders on obsession, particularly if her taste in books has anything to do with it. When Pepper drags Georgia out to a haunted house - a real one, not one of those staged tourist traps - late on Halloween night, she is more than thrilled to experience some actual paranormal activity, to her best friend's dismay.
